If you are missing something that should have been included with your package please let us know. 

We will need your complete mailing information, the part number for the item in question, proof of purchase (in some cases), and/or an order number (if applicable).

Once we have the complete details we can let you know if it will be covered by warranty or if a replacement item can be purchased from us directly. Each request is handled on a case by case basis.
